 Post subject: Neorouter PRO cycling reconnect

Hi,

I'm facing this issue:

neorouter server continue to connect/ disconnect

I've update server with latest version with no luck

Hardware is good (ibm 3650 xeon with 16gb RAM)

Log is attached, any help il very very appreciated

Hi merlinweb,

Based on your log file from nrserver, it looks good. I can see 33 clients successfully signed in and keep connections.

It's more like client side issue. If you can get the log file of nrservice on the client side machine, it will be helpful.

Hi, sorry for not responding for a long time, It seems everything works well in this months, but this week Neorouter RPO definitely stopped working.

Every User see "Signing to neorouter server..." without success, I'm not sure is a client problem, cause any client is affected

Server check online stays green, strange thing

I see one every client in my network, connection establishing for a while (10-30 sec) then returning in "Signing to neorouter server..." or failing connection

I've attached a zip file with my latest logs

any help is very very appreciated, we need it !

Hi merlinweb,

Sorry for the delayed response.

After investigating the log files of nrsever, we found the following errors.

The error -2147014842 indicates the socket/connection is broken. Also noticed that after the error, it failed to send out packets.

Seems your server is overloaded at the moment, as too many clients sign in to your server and your server cannot process them on time.

Please refer to the performance tuning guide http://download.neorouter.com/Documents ... 111_en.pdf and try to optimize your server and NR server.



Please also reduce the number of the option ServerAuthBacklog in Feature.ini

Please monitor your server machine's CPU and network usage, if they are too busy, consider upgrade it.
