Hello, Been having this issue for a while now. When I try to access the web client using Chrome all I get is a White box outlined in black (essentially it's the box that contains user name, password and domain). I have tried using both the Chrome App (NeoRouter Remote Access Client Free 2.3.1.4360) and Web Client Link at the bottom of the home page(http://www.neorouter.com/webclient ---> Address bar url http://download.neorouter.com/Downloads ... ileclient/) with the same results I am currently using Google Chrome Unstable Version 50.0.2645.4 dev (64-bit) on Debian Linux As a workaround I have been using Firefox which provides me the ability to enter in the username, password and domain using the Web Client link |
