Since getting this message I logged into my domain dashboard and noticed the listen port had reverted to the default. I changed it back to the external facing port, tested it (connected and green), rebooted the server and even reinstalled nrserver, but my clients still can't log in. All get the message in the subject line.

Product Edition: NeoRouter Free
Number of Licenses: 256
Server Version: 2.3.1.4360

Please assist,

Thanks

Had to delete the directory at /usr/local/ZebraNetworkSystems and then reinstall. Connected now.

Is zebranetworksystems the name of your service? If so, do you know how I would find the file I need to delete, assuming it has the same fix? I've never changed any default locations, as this is for my personal use.

I just found it by going to Help > Troubleshooting > Open Configuration Folder. What all did you delete? Did you delete everything? If I do that, what do I need to do to keep my original domain intact?

I'm using it on linux and deleted the entire ZebraNetworkSystems directory. It gets recreated by NR.

Ironically, I had to reference this post because this happened again to me just a few days ago.

This happens when the NRServer fails to sync the domain information for too long. It may be because you changed the password or due to network problems preventing NRServer from reaching whatever it needs to access to sync the domain.

In my case the problem fixed itself after I restarted my local DNS service, even though it was apparently working fine.
