| Post subject: | Installation of server hangs up with Win Vista? |
Have just downloaded your NeoRouter software for Win Vista and am trying to install the server version on this computer. So far I have tried at least three times including restarting the computer and the installation appears to hang up. I have let it sit for at least 30 min and nothing happens? According to Win task manager a process "NeoRouterSetup.exe" of 4800k in size is running? Malcolm |

Hi Malcolm, Thanks for your input. Would you post more info on your system? Which version of Vista, Language, User permissions, network adapters, UAC settings and so on, so that we can investigate it? We tested on all Vista English versions in our lab. It does take a little bit more time than WinXP to install the driver and generally it should be done in 5 min. Or there must be something wrong. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
