Hello,
When I try to install neorouter server for first time testing over Windows 7 v7100, it send me a message about a driver for Virtual LAN that wasn't certified by Microsoft and that this version of windows only admit certified drivers and it give me no option to accept the installation.

At that moment I cancelled the installation to investigate the problem and maybe install it later (I have uninstalled the application). But when I tried again to install it never give me again the message, and I think that the driver is not installed. I search for it at my network devices and thought "ipconfig" and I only found networks for my wireless router and hamachi, but nothing for NeoRouter. The application is installed and I have created the Domain, but the virtual network doesn't appear.

How can I know if the driver is installed or reinstall it if is needed?

Thanks a lot, sorry for my English, I'm an Spanish speaker.

HI thefenix,

Since we don't sign the driver, please disable the driver signature enforcement feature manually before installation.

If it's installed successfully, with "ipconfig" you can see the virtual adapter, similar to your real adapter.

If you just need to install a server only (check the option "without Network Explorer" in the installer), it will not install the driver.

Note:
We already know the neorouter virtual adapter driver in the 0.9.7 cannot work properly on Win7 v7100(64-bit) and Win7 v7600(64-bit) and we are working on it. Other versions should be working.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team

OK, that should be. Now I'm using Win 7 v7100 (64bits) so as you says it will not work. But if I change it to 32bits?

Thanks for your help.

Yes. It should work on all 32bit Windows. We tested it on Win 7 v7600 (32bit).

Let us know if you have any problem.

Thanks,
