It was all working fine earlier today. Then my hard drive had a little fit and needed repairing, which proceeded fine, but now Neorouter.app is crashing everytime it is started.

Thanks for reporting the issue.
Your recent hard drive repair may have caused OSX to delete the Login Items preference data. We will fix it in our next release. At the meantime, try changing your Login Items "System Preferences | Accounts | Login Items" (For example, you can add an item then delete it.) and OSX should recreate the default data. I believe that will fix the crash.

I did as you suggested and deleted the NeoRouter entry in login items and added it again. I ran NeoRouter.app again and still it crashes.
