I'm using the latest Android client (the one that fixes the editing error on port forwarding) Samsung Galaxy S Android 2.1 update 1 Windows client and server version 1.1.3.2250 Windows 7 64-bit is running the NR server. The router has the default NR port open. The Windows firewall is set to allow traffic on that port. The 'Test' button on the NR Dashboard page comes back green. But the Android client refuses to sign in! I have tried the NR domain and the server PC external IP/port, neither works. Thanks |

Hi AlanBourke, Does NeoRouter Android app display an error message/code? If yes, please provide the details. Are you using 3G or Wifi? If Wifi and if the phone and nrserver are behind the same router, your router may not support hair-pin. Switch to 3g or connect using nrserver's local address should solve the problem. Please also take a look at User's Manual section 7.1 Troubleshooting. Thanks |

No the Android app doesn't display an error. The phone is on USB to a laptop, for debugging my own app. My app needs to access a web service on the laptop. The phone was also connected to the router via WiFi. I'll try it with the WiFi off. Thanks. |
