My configuration is: Router configured with a port forward to Server on TCP 32976 No Software Firewall installed on any client machine or server. NR Server installed on Server 2003 DC (I am Domain Admin)- Named: Server NR Client Installed on Server NR Client Installed on Windows 7 Workstation - Named: Workstation Server and Workstation both see and talk to one another via NR Network Explorer. Both show up as Status:Online Type:Permanent Android is running NR Client: NeoRouter-1.1-3.2260-free-android-arm.apk Android (Rooted Sprint HTC EVO 2.2) Named: Android Android connects to Server ok and shows up in NR Configuration Explorer as: Computer Name:localhost Status:Online Type Temporary Tested Android on both WiFi and 3G All 3 connections have an IP address assigned on same subnet via NR I have made no changes to the Android or Server NR installs. (Clean Install - Except for configuration) I am able to open android NR menus and exit app (Not Frozen) Issue: Even though Android is connected, no computers are listed. On both Server and Workstation, Android is not listed or available to add. Pardon me for length of post but I wanted to answer all the important question. Everything seem to be setup and running as intended except for the lack of connections. |

hi Gaddget, Thank you for providing much details and it helps. 1) Are you logging in NR for Android using the same user as on the other two computers? NR's computer list is associated with user's account. Please create only one user account for yourself and use it to log in everywhere. 2) Can you send me the NeoRouter database file located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ZebraNetworkSystems\NeoRouter\NeoRouter_0_0_1.db? 3) can you enable nrserver logging (http://www.neorouter.com/wiki/index.php ... og_file.3F), launch nr for android and connect. Once you reproduce the issue, stop/kill nrserver and send the log file to support@neorouter.com. 4) if you have a rooted phone or if you are familiar with the debug bridge, please run logcat and send us the result.
