Hi, I have successfully installed NeoRouter on my pc (Windows 7). I can login trough the client and see the remote desktop and it works perfectly.

But I need to see the desktop in my Samsung Galaxy (android), and that doesn't work. When I open NeoRouter for android I can connect and see my remote pc connected (10.0.0.1). I log press it and then I click VNC (5900), so that the app opens a VNC connection between my phone and my pc.

I open PocketCloud and try to connect with this settings:
Type of connection: VNC
Nickname: MyPc (I can choose it or it has t be a specific nickname?)
Host address: localhost
Password: ********
Port: 32973

But when I click 'Connect' on that connection PocketCloud gives this error: "Session Disconnected..."
I have two options: Exit and Reconnect. When I click Reconnect it gives immediatly the same error.

What can I do to solve this problem? Do I have to config Dynamic or Static Port Forward? If yes, how? I'm going crazy it's two days that I can't solve this, I really need to control my desktop trough my phone.

Please check the tunnel status first by following the steps below:
1.log on from your cell phone and you will see the computer list
2.go to the PC (10.0.0.1) and ping 10.0.0.2 (the cell you saw that from the Configuration Explorer)

If ping works, the problem is related to your VNC. If it does not work, let us know so that we may need to go deeper. May be firewall, VNC server setings and so on.

thanks for your reply... I don't know how you mean I have to ping... I did this: start -> cmd -> ping.exe

in the dos command line I wrote: "ping 10.0.0.2"
do I have to ping this way or in another way?

Anyway it says 4 packages transmitted, 4 received, 0% lost. Is this correct?

yes. that's what I mean the "ping". Based on your description, the NeoRouter VLAN is working well and you can ping from PC to your cell phone.

So there would be something wrong with your settings to VNC or firewall. Please double check.

I disabled windows firewall and still it gives the same error. Is my VNC setting correct? Do I have to forward any port in my phone?

Can you test the VNC directly (without using NeoRouter VIP) see if it works.

Hi hankyyenky,

You could go to another computer and try to access your Win 7 box using a vnc client, such as uvnc or tightvnc. When connecting, using the local ip address of your win7 box.

If it does not work, your vnc server may have problem.

If it works, then test your cell phone. Enable wifi and run your vnc client from your cell phone to check if your vnc client on cell phone has problem.
