Does anybody know if it is possible to install neorouter on the hypervisor itself of e.g. vmWare ESXi4 or XenServer?
This is to have remote access directly to them from anywhere - I have one of each located behind a router (so no public ip).
Btw, I have NeoRouter Server installed on a linksys wrt54gs - on that network - but that is not the internet router - as that is a fiber link.... (that I can't control)..... So not sure if that helps.

We didn't test NR client on vmware ESXi4 / XenServer and cannot make sure it works.

You may want to use a proxy server/ port mapping tools/ or point-to-site feature to workaround this.
