When trying to find an easy way to access my MacBook Pro via RDC from my HTC EVO 4G, I hastily installed and attempted to setup NeoRouter Server/Client. Frustrated and confused, (I am a very amateur user and consequently do not possess a lot of knowledge about servers/routers/domains/etc.) I scoured my Finder and moved any file/folder that had to do with NeoRouter to the trash. I emptied the trash several times during this process, so most of the stuff got deleted.

When I try to empty the trash now, it tells me that it can't be emptied because nrserver is still using something located in the trash.

Is the server still running on my MacBook?

And, is there a way that I can completely remove all components of NeoRouter from my MacBook?

Thanks for trying NeoRouter.
Please open the Terminal app, and type the following commands:
- "sudo /Library/NeoRouter/rmnrserver.sh" to uninstall NeoRouter server
- "sudo /Library/NeoRouter/rmnrclient.sh" to uninstall the client

When I execute the commands in terminal, it comes up with the following:

sudo: /Library/NeoRouter/rmnrclient.sh: command not found

sudo: /Library/NeoRouter/rmnrserver.sh: command not found

I gonna assume that means it didn't work. Do you have any other suggestions? I appreciate your help.

It appears that you have removed the files that NeoRouter had installed. You can simply reboot and empty trash. Then you are all set.
