Has anyone had success with NR server in a Box Ver 1.5.1.2820 on a Linksys WRT54GL when testing with NR Dashboard. Mine fails all the time. Now re-installed Ver 1.3.0.2526 and all is well. I would prefer to use the latest version if only it would show connection on Dashboard.

hi ebrittain,

are you using NeoRouter for Tomato? Can you check whether nrserver is running? Can you run "/usr/bin/nrserver.sh start" from a terminal and see if it prints any error code?

How much space do you have left on /jffs? run "ls /jffs" and what files are under the folder? I suspect that nrserver had grown in size and exceeded your router capacity. As we add new features, it's inevitable for the program to grow.

I recommend you look into OpenWrt backfire. Although it is not an eye candy like tomato, OpenWRT is an amazing operating system. Another option is to invest in a new router with 8MB flash.

Thanks,
Luke

Hi Luke,

The server is running, checked with top. I ran cat /proc/meminfo and it shows MemFree:792kB. I again re-installed NR 1.5.1.2820 and now the NR Dashboard shows the server as available so all is well.

Thanks a lot for your help.
