Discovered that 2.0 pro client won't connect to my 2.0 server. Says incompatible ...

---> nrclientcmd shows version 2.0 but also says 'free' not pro.

Sorry for brevity, on tablet keybd.

Your friend,

Jeff

Hi JeffAtET,

We cannot reproduce your issue in our lab. Based on your description, it's more like the nrservice is not NR Pro but NR Free.

Please stop the nrservice and kill all nrservice processes, then restart the nrservice and run nrclientcmd to sign in.

If you still have problem, please collect the log file of your nrservice process and send it to us.

Thanks,
KevinZ - Neorouter team

Hi JeffAtET,

Thanks for your report. We confirmed that the NR Pro server/client 2.0 for CentOS X64 packages were wrong, that are Free packages. The CentOS x86 packages are good.

We have just updated the CentOS X64 packages on our website.

Please download the new packages and double check the md5sum strings for the new packages.

Thank you very much for the quick response and that fixed us up.

Sorry for the less than thorough description of the problem.

Best regards,

Jeff
