Dear friends,

i had install free neorouter on a vps server and the clients on some pc.
I am able to ping from a client to another, but i am not able to ping from client to server or from server to client... it gives timeout.

Due this fact, i installed also a client on the vps server,

this time i can see it on the client list but still can't ping it or ssh it.

I notice that on one of my linux client if i IFCONFIG i get a nrtap
if i IFCONFIG on the server i don't see it.

Hope can help :D

Hi maestro76,

On Linux, you may want to install NR client on the server, as you did, so that you can remotely connect to it. NR server is just a intermediate server.

Since you didn't see the nrtap yet, please :
1. sign in from nrclientcmd or nrclient.sh (UI) to register the machine to the NR server, so that NR server can allocate an IP address for it.

2. check if you have tun device/module available, as NR client requires it. If you don't have permission to access the tun device, please contact your network administrator.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team
