I have several folders on a Drobo that are only accessible when logged into a certain user account, that account can login to NeoRouter however when I select shared folder on windows and try navigating to those folders I get an authentication error. Any idea what I need to do in order to gain access to the folder that should be accessible via this account? Thanks, Andrew |

Hi Andrew, The access permission to those folders are controlled by OS instead of NR. NR simply builds a virtual network for you and it has no idea about how to control the folders on a box. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

So there is no way to login to a locked folder? I'm pretty much limited to getting a vpn router then right? |
