System configuration:
Neoserver server running on windows 10
Clients running on windows 10 and OSX
OSX operation system El Capitan 10.11.1
TUN and TAP installed on the OSX box
The windows box and the OSX box are on the same local network
Remote OSX management enabled on OSX.

What I can do:
Can connect from windows to the OSX desktop using VNC using the local network address (192.168.1.10)
Can connect from OSX to windows using MS remote desktop via the Neorouter IP address (10.0.0.2)

Cannot connect to the OSX box from windows using VNC over the Neorouter IP address (10.0.0.3)
Looing at the OSX System Preference, Sharing panel. Remote Managment is ON but the text below reads Other users can manage you computer using the address 192.168.1.11 (local network address)

I am not a network wizard but it looks as if I need to route between 10.0.0.x network and the local network on OSX to be able to connect to the Remote Managment program.

What have I missed??
