Hi guys,

i have several clients in a different country i cant easily access to, so we are trying neorouter,
the server is up and running and most clients are connected with no problems at all.

but there are 2 clients who simply can't connect, it sas signing in but thats about it.
there is no difference in setup etc. as the other clients.

we are currently using the free version. but once it proves stable we are thinking about going pro.

also i noticed in ifconfig that there is no ethernet adapter present for neorouter with the machine's that can not sign in ?

Hi joshuadjm,

NR client service assigns the virtual IP address to one of tuns devices on the Linux box when it signed in to the NR server. If you don't have a tun device available, the packets cannot be routed out. If you can get the log file, you may see the details.

Please make sure you have the /dev/tun device.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team
