I install the Neorouter on the Pi without issue. Start the service and attempt to login and am told the username and password do not match. I am positive they are correct. Anything I should change?

Hi klaytos,

Can you use the same account to log in from NR Web Console? You can also reset it on the NR server machine using the CLI command.

If it just doesn't work on the specific pi, can you try to create an account with simply password to test?

Another possibility would be the NR client failed to connect to the server.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team

This is an existing install that stopped working when I changed from a Linksys Router to a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter.
