Hi morbidwar, Can you give the detail info about the OpenSUSE version? After disconnected, can you check the nrservice process(ps) and the nrtap (ifconfig) see if there are still there or not? I'd like to know if it's crashed or hang. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

Hi morbidwar, We've been tested on OpenSUSE 11.1 for more than 48 hours, but we cannot reproduce your issue. We are using a ISO from http://download.opensuse.org/distributi ... D-i586.iso , created a clean system with default setting, installed nrclient package and tested. We keep making it communicate with other computers and so far it works well. So I wonder you can reproduce it and help us to collect the log file? Please create a file Log.ini under /usr/local/ZebraNetworkSystems/NeoRouter manually and copy&paste the following lines to it. Code: [Default] Mask=4294967295 Type=1 Save it. Restart your computer or nrservice. It will generate a log file in the same folder, the file name looks like this: NRService_2009xxxx_xxxxxx.log. Send the file to support@neorouter.com so that we can check it. Don't forget to delete the Log.ini, or it may slow down your NeoRouter. thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

Hi morbidwar, When you create the Log.ini and restart the nrservice. It will generate a xxx.log file under /usr/local/ZebraNetworkSystems/NeoRouter . Please send that log file to us. You can also specify the log file path like this: Code: [Default] Mask=4294967295 Type=1 Path=/tmp BTW, from your Log.ini print, [Defaul] seems missing a t Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
