IT WAS FINE YESTERDAY BUT TODAY SIGN IN FAILED BECAUSE CONNECTION TO SERVER CANNOT BE ESTABLISHED :(((((

Hi sicilyven,

Thanks for your info. It looks like there is a problem with your router port forward settings. Since you can access your server using the private ip, but the dashboard shows red flag, it means you didn't expose the listen port properly.

Please double check it to make sure the external incoming connection to the port get forward to your servers private ip and port.

I Had the same issue, I believe it was due to some MS Updates. The ONLY way I was able to restore connection was to uninstall neo, keeping a backup of the DB files located under programdata\zebranetworks.
Then reinstall NEOPro and create a BS/bogus network, then copy the DB files over those created in the aforementioned folder and reboot. You need to wait abit as the different machines repopulate.

Still some quirks, especially if I change the IP's from the default.
