 Post subject: Never logs in

Hi,

I'm trying to install neorouter pro for the first time on my Mac (OS: 10.11.6), but i seem to not be able to get any further than the "signin in progress" screen. What could be causing this?

Hi mgracee,

Did you setup the NR Pro server properly? In the Dashboard site, you can check the server's status by clicking on the "Test" button.

If the NR server is up and running, you should be able to access to it from NR Web Console. If you can sign in from Web Console, check if the NR client service is up and running on your Mac (check the process from Activity Monitor).
