No.

Refering to http://www.neorouter.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5062
the politics changed to:

Quote:
Apps don't have low level enough access to the OS to do this.
It's the same reason that OpenVPN doesn't have a non-jailbroken client for IPhone. So until that changes...

I don't see a lot of demand for a neorouter IOS version that requires devices to be jailbroken. Do you?

So I understand not to see a NR client for ipad or iphone to appear on the horizon.

Hi Der Stefan,

The NR for iPad is under heavy development and we've already have a prototype. In terms of the schedule, it would be released later this year, coming with the new NeoRouter build. The similar app for Android would be released as well.

Since Apple blocks the way to intercept their network APIs, we are using a new technology, with which the NR for iPad will be a standalone app, coming with build-in addons, such as VNC, RDP, SSH and SFTP. So one can remotely access their computers in the NeoRouter virtual network. It will be the direct access instead of relayed by NR server.

We will also release a web-based version NR client for tablets and we hope it can run on most tablets, including windows 8.

I think those apps can run on iPhone as well.

Stay tuned!

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team

Yes!!!

Just wanted to add, I understand & respect your reasons for not to...
but: your developing answer is GREAT news!

NR also(!) working on MAC and going to work on an ipad belong to the reasons using (and happily having licensed) NEOrouter.

I am definitely looking forward to this. NeoRouter is absolutely the best tool thus far for setting up a personal VPN that just works.

Excellent work!!!

Just following up on this topic. It appears to have been quite a while since any updated information has been posted. Hoping the NR folks are getting close to a viable solution. It would be great.

I love NeoRouter, and the option to use on iPad and even Android would definitely be worth some money for such an application.
