Thank you for providing much details and it helps.
1) Are you logging in NR for Android using the same user as on the other two computers? NR's computer list is associated with user's account. Please create only one user account for yourself and use it to log in everywhere.
2) Can you send me the NeoRouter database file located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ZebraNetworkSystems\NeoRouter\NeoRouter_0_0_1.db?
3) can you enable nrserver logging (
http://www.neorouter.com/wiki/index.php ... og_file.3F), launch nr for android and connect. Once you reproduce the issue, stop/kill nrserver and send the log file to
support@neorouter.com.
4) if you have a rooted phone or if you are familiar with the debug bridge, please run logcat and send us the result.
