I just had a client call with exactly this same problem, no icons showing for any add-ons and nothing in the Add-ons manager window. Luckily I thought I had remembered reading about this, and a little search brought this post back up.
The fix posted by kevinz solved the problem immediately (thanks kevinz!).
This is the first time I've had a client call with a problem regarding NeoRouter. Usually, it just plain works!
In case it helps, this happened within a few days of updating to the new Pro Version 1.2.0.2350. I let the installer do everything, and had no problems during the upgrade. Their OS is Windows 7 I have only updated 50% of the computers on my network. NeoRouter Server was updated first.
