I'm sure many of you have run across this registry tweak on the net, but since I didn't see it posted I thought I would.
It works great for NeoRouter.

======================
Disable Network Task Scheduler

In regedit navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Explorer\Remote Computer\NameSpace

And delete the following key:
{D6277990-4C6A-11CF-8D87-00AA0060F5BF}

Close regedit and reboot.

If you have no use for viewing remote shared printers and are really only interested in shared files, consider deleting the printers key, "{2227A280-3AEA-1069-A2DE-08002B30309D}", as well. This will also boost your browsing speed.

Read about it here:

=======================

Before using this tweak I would sometimes wait 10 to 15 seconds before the explorer window would pop up so I could see files on the other machines. It now pops up in 1 or 2 seconds

Enjoy,
Endless Loop
