Thanks for running the tests. Please let me know the results. For the first test, my goal was to isolate one of the computers with issues, and see if it still occurs. So yes, power off the computers will do.
If it is difficult to turn off all clients (since you have two locations), you can try a different test that replaces the first test. On one of the computers with issues, try setting up NeoRouter server, then Log on to "localhost" using Network Explorer. This test isolates the computer to its own NeoRouter domain and achieves the same goal.
If you are familiar with wireshark or windump, it is the most direct way to find out the type of traffic sent in the virtual network. But it does require a little technical skills.
There are many ways to isolate and pinpoint the issue, start from the easier methods for your situation.
