I have about 5 machines, a mix of Windows XP, Win7, Mac OS/X. and one Linux Mint 14 KDE with all updates laptop.
Everything is working great, except the Linux laptop.

I installed NR1.9 Debian version. I can see the other machines. the only problem, is that it appears to be sending all traffic through the VPN. This is making local machine access impossible, and internet access VERY slow.

The other machines do not seem to have this problem,

With the connection up:
'ping joe' gives me:
PING joe.xyz.com (67.215.xx.xxx) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from hit-nxdomain.opendns.com (67.215.65.132): icmp_req=1 ttl=46 time=72.7 ms

With the connection down:
'ping joe' gives me:
PING joe.xyx.com (10.0.0.7) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from joe.xyz.com (10.0.0.7): icmp_req=1 ttl=63 time=1.24 ms

Hi Robert68,

Based on your description, it's more like a system issue and can be various reasons. Would you post more information? or send email to us so that we can help you out.

1.router table
2.please try traceroute instead of ping
3.check if any settings affect the DNS search order
4.check if any settings affect multiple adapters, as NR client will start a tun device nrtap.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team
