Hi All,

Just discovered NeoRouter a few days ago and loving it so far but have a few questions.

I have my server setup and running as a service on my Raspberry Pi and can access it from outside my home network. What I'd like to do is run the Neorouter Client on the Raspberry Pi as a service via SSH so I can run other commands or quit the SSH session without loosing the clients connection.

Also I noticed that when I connect outside my home network my public IP doesn't change. Is there anyway on Windows, Mac and Android to make NeoRouter route all traffic back to my Pi Server so my public IP changes to what my home network is?

BTW I'm using the Free version, kudos on making it so easy to setup too!

Hi Acid0057,

I'm afraid that NeoRouter client does not route all traffic to a node, instead of a split tunneling.

If more users have the similar requirement like you need, we would implement it in the future.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team

Thanks KevinZ for the response. I am hoping that it is added in the future.

Are you able to help with my other question on running the NeoRouter Client as a service via SSH on a Raspberry Pi?

Hi Acid0057,

Once you installed NR client, a NR client service will be running as a daemon all the time on your box so that you can remotely access to the machine from anywhere over the ssh. The service will start when your machine boots. You don't need to run NR client CLI or UI unless you want to access other machines from the box.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NoeRouter team

Good to know Kevin thanks. Is the same true for the windows and Mac versions of the client?
