Based on your log file, I can see the error code hr=0x80820102, that means "computer not found" on the server side.
There would be various reasons, for example: you deleted the main config folder when remove the package and it lost the Client.xml file; or the network adapter got changed; or you failed to sign in to the server and so on.
Please try to run nrclientcmd and sign in to the server, then should be fine.
Make sure your NR user credential is valid and make sure sign in successfully. Btw, to re-install NR client completely, you may wan to remove the folder /usr/local/Zebranetwork.... folder to clean up some setting files first.
